We retain this data for 7 years (legal requirement by the Dutch Tax Authority).

This is used to resolve the issue properly. These data are stored until the complaint is fully handled.

To operate and improve our website, we use analytics services. We have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to improve our services (see Article 6).
